TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NATIONAL SHIPPING

Before we ship your order, there are a couple of things to bring to your attention:

1. We pack your order as best as possible in thick polystyrene cooler boxes. ThIs will keep goods frozen for up to three days

2. We cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver to your location within three days but they seldom take longer

3. We cannot control the ambient temperature during the time it is in transit

4. You are still responsible for paying the shipping costs even if it takes longer or your goods have thawed.

5. Goods are sent fully frozen. The goods can still be refrozen as they are frozen quickly while fresh. The items have not been sitting on a shelf for days before being frozen.

6. Eggs sent in transit may be cracked. We package as best as possible to avoid this.
